Dear Estee Lauder,

I am writing in complaint of your products. Having seen your adverts, it seems the creams, lotions and potions make you young, slim and beautiful.

I have tried eye balm deep cleanser, intensive toner and still I look like a 68 year old wrinkled woman. I thought I would end up like Liz Hurley.

I have also tried your anti-cellulite cream but still my legs defy gravity. This cost a lot of money and I am not pleased with the results. The fact I eat chips and cream cakes should be irrelevant.

Your make – up range is a slight improvement, @ least I can cover my flawed skin with face powder to camouflage the damage age has done. However this is not enough, I demand a refund.
